Our history

I begun to breeding for fulfil a child dream, when these wonderful cats didn't exist in Italy.
The first exemplary I've seen was on an album picture card, and it enchanted me. I called it “The lynx cat”.
My parents never took a cat because of my asthma. Despite that i visited a lot of exhibitions hoping to see again that kind of cat, so regal, strong and proud like a leon.
Only after my marriage i succeded to have these wonderful cats in my house, and now we live all together like a big family.

And the asthma?
Don't worry, Maine Coon fur doesn't lose hair, and the saliva of the cat doesn't contain the substance that triggers allergies.
So, after the passing of my first cat named Mio, my husband Mauro made me the greatest gift of my life: a visit to a feline exhibition, where i saw a lot of “gentle giants”, no longer so rare.

Thus Rosita (also called Mia) arrived in my family. It was my first Maine Coon cat.
Rosita is a splendid  Brown tabby spotted  LINEA AMERICANA, born on 20th of october 2006 in the amateur breeding of  Simone Corina Steph.
It was with Rosita that we begun to partecipate to exhibitions, with great satisfaction. It's a big emotion to hear the name of your cat as a winner of a prize.

The second arrival in the family was Sury.
European standard, it was born in the Rochat's Coon breeding on 21st of may 2007; son of the mondial champion Wistaria WD Mitral (called Mirtillo).
Sury is a Black Silver Blotched, with magnetic eyes and infinite sweetness.

Thus, after a long search, the great arrival: Niger Princeps - “extreme” european standard.
Niger was born on 28th of november 2007 in “La Tribù del Deserto” breeding, one of the most popular breeding in Italy. It is son of Langstteich's N' San Remo and Miriam of  La Tribù del Deserto. We thank the “sisters” of the breeding for believing in us.
Niger (7 Kilos at 9 months) is a real panther, a wonderful solid black male that turns our dream into reality: a breeding that wants to grow a selected breed.
